By a vote of 3-2, Pasco County Commissioners rejected a 320 apartment, 20,000 square of commercial office/retail use project in Seven Oaks, in Wesley Chapel. Commissioners Moore, Oakley and Mariano voted against the project and Commissioners Starkey and Fitzpatrick voted for the project.
As one Pasco County resident stated “We have plenty of luxury apartments in Pasco County. Do we really need more?”1
